Lootcrate Customers Are Furious!
If you’ve been watching YouTube for some time, you’ve probably heard of the subscription-based service known as ‘Lootcrate’. The service, which prides itself as being one of the first monthly subscription services for gamers and pop culture fanatics, has been a staple of YouTube’s sponsored content for the better half of a decade. However, despite establishing itself as a trusted brand amongst the YouTube community, many of its customers have taken to social media to voice their frustrations with the company. So what went wrong? Well, a combination of a global pandemic, poor communication with the public, and moving estimate delivery dates, have resulted in a storm of controversy for the company. Ultimately, today, on March 23rd, 2022, Furious Customers Are Speaking Out Against Lootcrate Due to Excessive Delays.
Customer Angry over 5 Month Delay
It’s no secret that the global pandemic has affected the supply chains. Many industries around the world are currently suffering with shortages and shipping delays. However, as supply chains begin to comeback, more industries are recovering from such delays by learning to adapt. One company that is failing to recover is Lootcrate. Back in 2021 Lootcrate announced shipping delays for their products due to the affects of the pandemic, flash forward a year later, such delays are still present.
For Lootcrate, it appears that customers have been feeling the supply chain affects the most. Out of frustration for the company, customers have taken to social media to voice the anger over the delays — as some customers claim to have been waiting over 5 months for their purchased products.
On March 23, 2022, one customer took to Twitter to share that she has been waiting 5 months for her shipment. On Twitter she said : “@lootcrate why after 5 months [am i] still waiting on my shipment??”

I wasn’t joking, they really did block me for making their offer public years ago hoping it would prevent their followers from seeing my posts or live streams. They are a scam company just like @omaze, @rayconglobal, @honey & RAID Shadow Legends that all use influencers to scam. pic.twitter.com/0D4LMomGSN
